When stores advertise, say, ten for $10 - do you have to buy all ten?
Or is it purchasable separately, say, 1 for $1?
If the store does not also show a price for individual items, then generally you can.
Walgreen's, however, is notorious for doing things like "3 for $3" with a smaller print underneath that quotes the price for singles as "or $1.49 each"
Don't be afraid to ask the manager of the particular store to clarify whether you must buy 10 to get that prices.
