Wing attack (good) Steel wing (good) Featherdance (good) Refresh (nope, try TM'ing that one)

Helping Hand (NO.) Curse (good) Shadow ball (great) Shadow Punch (great)
Togepi
Thunder wave (ok) Wish (alright) Follow Me (ok i guess) Ancientpower (good) (It is ESSENTIAL that Togepi learns Metronome, Go to a move re-learner for that)
Sealeo
Rest (good if you have a Chesto Berry handy, ok otherwise) Snore (makes up for Rest) Body slam (it wouldn't be a Sealeo without it) Aurora beam (ok, but could be improved on by making it Ice beam)

Toxic would be great instead of Mean Look
