Help! I need to find an antique souvenir.?
This past Christmas, I, like usual broke an ornament. (because im just about the biggest klutz uve ever known) Unfourtunatly, this was an irriplacable favorite of my dad's. It was an ornament from the Twins 1991 World Series win. Somebody very close to him gave it to him, and now its shattered beyond repair. I'm planning to take him for a weekend trip this fall, and i hope to give him a new ornament just like it, but i cant find one anywhere! i need help finding one!!! please!!
wow, that is a tough one. i too am the family klutz so i know how you must feel. it sounds like a promotional thing that was probably circulated only in the area or maybe sports stores. i think your best bet is to find someone via the internet who deals with twins memorabelia or sports memorabelia. you could try e-bay but you never know what you'll get. check out the local b.b.card stores or card clubs in your area as well. they may be able to tell you where to look. i wish i could be more help to you. i hope you find it. happy hunting.
