What are antique wooden boats generally worth?
I have about 20 or so wooden boats that I know are at least 50+ years old with also some small metal boats...is there any site I could check out to see what they are worth?
They might be worth a lot if they are culturally significant, or hand built by a famous designer like Joel White etc. - and are in museum condition.
Sadly most people only look at old wooden boats as hard work, with some justification.
I would contact the Wooden Boat Association and advertise in Wooden Boat magazine - that's where the hard core wooden boat nuts hang out.
