Why do Ghost/Spirits make me jump and wake me up in the night. I know it's not a dream or sleep paralysis?

They wack my soul from time ot time?

I live in a place called saddleworth Doncross where satanic rituals took place.
The first documentary evidence of Saddleworth appears in the Domesday Book in which it is referred to as "Quick", spelt "Thoac"; where it is described as "Land of the King in Eurvicsire (Yorkshire), Agbrigg Wapentake."[5]

The history of the region clearly dates further back than the Domesday Book however. Place names derived from Celtic and Anglian dialects, along with the discovery of flint arrowheads and gold Viking rings all point to a much earlier Saddleworth, possibly as old as the Stone Age. Furthermore, there is a Roman road running through the area and Castleshaw Roman fort. Also present in the Saddleworth area is a possible Bronze Age bowl barrow (grid reference SD98010746). Despite excavations, no grave goods or human remains have been found associated with the barrow.

If you believe in ghosts, think it through. What exactly are they? Use this experience to broaden your mind. Be philosophical. Play with a few ideas, don't get emotionally involved. Whatever physical laws constrain you constrain them too. Think about the experience of living and dying, and find out if anything survives death. No science can discover this for you, but you can settle your own mind on the subject. Experience is all, and no-one can tell you that you have experienced nothing, but experience must be connected to the larger reality, and finding that connection, and thereby that larger reality, will empower you and make you wise.
