We went to Disneyland this weekend and saw a bunch of kids in separate groups that we assume to be from outside the US wearing armfulls of plastic beaded bracelets. The bracelets were all very brightly colored and were worn on both arms starting at the wrist and extending all the way up the arm past their elbows. Each one must have been wearing 100 bracelets each. These were the kind of bracelets you would expect very young children to wear. Some of the kids were also wearing other pieces of bright plastic hanging from their pant belt loops, like the sets of big plastic keys that are meant for babies and a string of hollow plastic balls that you normally see in swimming pools. We couldn't hear them talking to attempt to pick up an accent and none of us in our group wanted to go ask them. We haven't seen anybody around locally dressing like this, so that's why we assume maybe they are from Canada or England ?
