Is there any way to enlarge a bra cup?
I started bellydancing and would like to make my first bra/belt set. I have an old sturdy padded bra that is however a cup size smaller than I need. There is a bit of spillage.
I don't want to buy a new fitting bra because I have a big bust with a narrow base that is close together - padded bras in my size all have too wide underwire for me and the centers of the cups are too far from each other. Uncomfortable and ugly. In this regard the smaller cup "fits", but there isn't enough room for me. And a padded bra is better as it will not only need to support me, but also some heavy decorations. Thus my best option is taking a bra that is a cup smaller and enlarging the cup. Any idea how to do it?
believe me, I do need a bra. Getting something to add to the cup would make matters worse, I need to enlarge the BRA - not my BUST.
Hon, it sounds like you've never had a good fitting before. Though it may cost more, it's worth it. Try somewhere like Victoria's Secret where the employees know how to properly measure you.
