why western keep see egypt and egyptian as hollywood movies show us?

it is not true we still live in desert and have camels as trasportation or we still live in tents lol and the best thing we lol about when we watch movies like indiana jones the lost ark or english patient and we see how western ppl see us by wearing clothese we don't wear since 13 century
some people in village still wear like this as a part of tradition but not in big cities we are not nomad or retard ppl as always show us in movies
