True or false: An alkaline earth metal elements forms an ion with a 1-ionic charge?
I think it's false but I have to make the statement correct if it's false and I don't know how to do that; could someone help me please?
Alkaline Earth metals are Group IIA metals... think Magnesium or Calcium. These have a +2 charge....
So... False.
