What do you need to start your own at home business.
I want to be a teacher but I want to start 3 at home businesses.
I want to have an at home toiletry business.I am going to learn how to make my own lotions,perfumes,and soap and I want to then sale my creations.I want to make the soaps in all sorts of shapes and colors.
I want to have an at home candy store/baking business.I want to bake cakes,pies,cobblers,cookies,and make candy and sell it.
I want to also be a freelance artist.I want to learn how to crochet,knit,embroider,and quilt and sell my creations along with my paintings,drawings,trinket boxes,etc.
How would I go about starting these 3 at home businesses?
Start one by one. Take classes, market & advertise your products & creations. Talk with other small business owners in your area, come up with a financial plan and don't expect to turn in a profit for the first few years, at the least the first year.
Make sure you have education & experience in a conventional job so that you can always get a part/full time job to support your endeavors...
