How did you find your holiday with baby?
In July we are going but we to Greece for a week for with our daughter who will be 8 months at the time.
We realise this is not going to be a “normal” holiday that we are used to on our own, but we just need a change of scenery.
How did you find going on holiday with your baby?
Also I have brought some Milton sterilising tablets to do her bottles, cups, spoons etc… Can I just fill the bathroom sink with tap water or should I used bottled? And just pop the tablet in and do it like that?
I hated our first holiday abroad with our wee one, but bear in mind we were in Portugal on the 2nd May last year, worried sick the whole time. Your toot is much younger than ours, she was nearly two and wanted to run around all the time so will be much easier for you. It wont be the same as usual hols but I'm sure you will have a lovely time, just not as much sunbathing as you are used to.
As for the bottles, when we used to go away (not abroad) we used the cold water steriliser bags with the tablets already in them, really good but to be on the safe side abroad I would use boiled water and when it is cold put it in the bags and just hang over a door, bags hold four or five bottles, complete with rings and teats.
