I'm meeting my fiances parents for the first time to announce our engagement (They live in Brazil) and we'll be having dinner at a formal/fancy restaurant. I'm thinking of buying this one but not sure if it will be appropriate but flatter my body as well.

That's a gorgeous dress and you obviously have a gorgeous figure. Depending on what your hairstyle will be, I think that the dress and shoes would be appropriate for a dinner with your fiance's parents. Maybe some shoes that are perhaps a little bit dressier? In my opinion, I would probably keep those shoes for day time.
