I am having a 3 tier cake made for my childs first birthday.

I like the white almond cake w/raspberry or strawberry filling & cream cheese icing. The chocolate cake w/Bavarian filling w/butter cream icing. The carrot w/cream cheese filling & cream cheese icing. I would stay away from fondant all together. It looks beautiful & taste horrible. Unless you make marshmallow fondant.
