So i've heard yogurt is very good for you body. And the sugars are good sugars that are ok too. But since i've been trying to add yogart to my diet and add hemp gronaola which has a good amount of fiber and protein, ive been feeling VERY bloated and my stomache is so not as flat as usual lol. i dont think I am lactose intolerant, i dont get the runs, so whats the problem?
I have the French Villiage Vanilla non fat yogurt from trader joes.
But if its "good sugar" you shuldnt get fat from it, am i right?? or ALL (good and bad) surgars turn into fat?? hmm..
Sounds like it may have a lot of sugar, but I would make sure the ingredients don't have any corn syrup.
