I lost my husband's present, what should I do?
It's nothing super important, but not a cheap thing either: it is a
hand- embroidered handkerchief with a pattern of strawberries, a work of art. I looked for it here and there and can't find it anywhere, and my husband - so scatter brain as men are usually about clothing and linen, - suddenly wants to see it once more. He is a general of the Venetian Army, and his temper is rather hot and easy to flame. I married him for love, opposing my family wishes.
