i swear it isn't homework, it was on the test and i know it's gonna be on the exam
So suppose I answered A for each, what difference would it make? So just what are you after and why are such inconsequential questions worth putting on Yahoo Answers?

Okay, here is a link to a description of Roman Aqueducts. If I get your drift on "rows" I think you may be referring to channels--the water was brought to serve varying purposes. Some would go to public places, like fountains where the common folk got their water, and there commonly was the name of the patrone who helped finance this, sort of like the public relations commercials we see on TV (this program brought to you by ---). Others were channeled to the wealthy or the military or such. If you refer to rows, as in multiple aqueducts, then sometimes it took several to feed the water needs of a place. The article below speaks of 14 needed to water Rome. Mostly it was a low maintenance open trough, as opposed to high maintenance piping, bringing water to a part of town.
As for the others, similar effort could be made to find your answers. Good luck.
