Army regulation concerning military awards program on war footing?

I'm looking for the verbiage in Army Regulation(s) that describes what happens to the awards system when a unit mobilizes. For example, I believe the Army Achievement Medal is eliminated upon mobilization, and (e.g.) ARCOMs w/V-device and Bronze Star Medals are activated. What I'm actually looking for is equivalency between wartime and peacetime medals, but I can't seem to find the verbiage. Thanks for your assistance.

I've reviewed AR 600–8–22, I don't think it's there.

I would have to re-read AR 600-8-22 but being here now and dealing with numerous awards here is what I have seen.

Most soldiers here have been awarded the ARCOM, and some have received the Bronze star. We also had several folks who worked inside the wire but had important jobs receive MSMs. The ARCOM and BSM are wartime service awards. The V-device is for heroic actions, not just service, and have to be justified that way. We have seen some serious action including 19 KIA in our squadron, and we have had very few w/V-device. Lots of purple hearts though.
