I want a peacock or dinosaur eel can I have either of them?
There are 13 fish in my 29 gallon tank. The fish are listed bellow along with how many of each I have.
1 silver dollar
1 pearl gourami
1 dwarf gourami
1 red-tailed shark
1 yo-yo loach
1 pleco.
1 fruit tetra
2 black skirt tetras
2 serpae tetras
2 red eyed tetra.
Will a peacock eel or a Dinosaur eel kill any of the fish?
If they won't what types of food and other things will I need to keep them healthy and happy?
Neither would fit, especially considering how massively overstocked you already are... Tetras are schooling fish, and each species should have 5+ of their own, which your tank doesn't have room for, so you'll have to pick one or two schools to keep. Pearl Gouramis really shouldn't be kept in a 29 gallon tank, as they are quite large, and the same goes for Silver Dollars, who should be kept in groups in a 40+ gallon tank. Really, for the fish you've already got, you should be looking at a 55+ gallon tank, and at that point, you might be able to cram a Peacock Eel in, but not the Dinosaur Eel (really Dinosaur Bichir, which is a brackish fish reaching more than a foot long).
