I'm having trouble sleeping, how do I find a good pillow?
I can't figure it out, I've tried a lot of pillows and none work. I just got a brand new mattress which is great but I still have neck/shoulder pain and get headaches from my pillow. I've tried everything from soft to extra firm. Does anybody know what kind of pillow would be the most supportive?
