My pimples are coming back again! Help?!?
My face was clear a month ago no pimples or nothing. Now all of a sudden since my time of the month, the pimples have come back to haunt me. I change my pillowcases, i wash my hands before i wash my face, i do everything and nothing works. This has been going for about 2 weeks now. And school is about to start and i need to have my clear face back. The pimples are not like big, they are small/average. Everything i have done doesn't work. I NEVER pick my face. The pimples just like the joy of being on my face! What may be the problem? What do i do? And please please please dont give any recommendations that work but give acne scars. Thank u so so much!!
i no some non chemical ways to help 
First, don't eat fatty greasy foods.
Second, try not to touch your face in the day.
Third, WATER WATER WATER! no POP! drinking water will help 
and also, never use PROACTIVE! its a scam and the stuff drys your face out and once u start using it, u cant stop, if u do it all comes breaking out again FAST. try using Acne Free it doesnt dry your face out either!
