Rayon Cotton
can I dye a dry clean only dress? 100% polyester lace top, 80% rayon bottom, with a 20% cotton lining?

the dress is Ivory 20% cotton lining, 80% rayon bottom, with a 100% polyester lace top

First of all, a dye bath requires VERY HOT water. And, secondly, there are some synthetic fibers which will not accept the dye, and you'd risk having the dress come out multi colored. I truly wouldn't do it.
