Are the reliquaries in Leila's Hair Museum, Independence, Missouri acknowledged by the Vatican ?
The reliquaries claim to contain hair of the Blessed Mary and wood of Jesus' cross. Even similar 'more publicized' religious relics elsewhere CANNOT be proven totally authentic according to the Vatican. Where/how did this 'museum' obtain such artifacts ?
The Vatican in modern times has hardly ever acknowledged this more obscure relicts as historically accurate. The things accepted as "true" were accepted as true in the middle ages - a few after that.
Today scientists are sometimes allowed to make tests - in some cases like the shroud of turin doing it not propper and getting wrong results - the shroud was repaired in the 17th century and they picked a repaired spot to do carbon analyses - causing it to result in nothing.
There is so much wood of the holy cross out there one can built a bridge from it. And so much milk, hair and other things form the virgin it would last for a army of virgins.
How did she get it: most likly as it has always been done: buying it form a large amount of money from a fraud.
