It appears to be a bronze coin. It is an irregular circle shape approx 3cm diameter, 3mm thick. It has a face on one side, no beard and possibly with a laural crown, and I think the text ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P COS IIII The other side is difficult to make out but it looks a bit like Britannia (obviously not!). Sitting with a shield and a spear or javelin and holding something in their right hand which is held out.
You may not find exactly the same as what you have. This place says there are some 2000 varieties of coins from Antoninus Pius' reign as emperor.
