My house is big and spacious. the ground floor is the garage, the basement with a table in the center and a plasma television, a large bathroom with a shower and a cellar. the first floor is the spacious living room with three carpets, here a plasma TV, two coffee tables and a sofa. On the same floor there is a simple and a small bathroom with a shower. upstairs there is a hallway with a carpet and bedrooms, a very large bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks. top floor is the loft with a desk, a sofa-bed, three large rugs, and a television.
Okay well first off, your English is pretty good. But if you want it correcting, I will help 
Firstly, after every fullstop, you need to put two spaces and then start your next sentence with a capital letter (bigger letters). Secondly, you don't need to put a comma when you're listing the last item, like in your last sentence when you put "a sofa-bed, three large rugs, and a television", just write "a sofa-bed, three large rugs and a television". Here's how I would correct your paragraph:
