I have 3 japanese paintings that are made from silk thread. Where can I get info on these?
The pictures are of spring winter and fall. They are not painted on silk but actually made from silk thread. Would like to have them appraised but don't know where to go.

Also, take pics and bring them to your local auctioneer and/or antique dealer. Only go to reputable ones and don't accept any offers from anyone who gives you an appraisal. They can under value for their own reasons. Tell them you want the appraisal for insurance purposes.
