Windows Media Center?!?!?!?!?!?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows xp the xp would have the internet and we would use the vista for Rosetta stone ect. when we decided to put internet on the vista Windows media center just disappeared I have checked every folder and have done everything trying to find it! Is there any website that I can download it?????

I want Windows Media Center not mythtv and stuff like that.

You may find it in Start then All Programs and Windows Media Center.
Also you can definitely find it in C:Windowsehomeehshell.exe
