What reception table/centerpiece looks sound better?
Square tables, white tablecloths. Navy seat covers tied in a navy blue bow on back. Navy blue napkins tied in bows. In navy blue glass vase, yellow hydrangea, daisies, orchids, gardenia and roses with a few branches sticking out.
Square tables, vintage blue tablecloths. White seat covers tied in navy blue bow on back. Yellow table runner. In navy blue glass vase is white hydrangea, orchids, gardenias and daisies. Surrounding the centerpieces is navy blue votive candles.

Here's the only issue I see with both options: you want the chair cover to match the tablecloth. The bow can be whatever color you like, but if you choose a white tablecloth, choose white chair covers with a blue bow. If you choose a blue tablecloth, do blue chair-covers with a white or blue bow. Otherwise, the color ratio is off, and when looking at the table the eye won't focus on the flowers, it will focus on the chairs.
