China has Tibet, UK has Scotland and USA has Puerto Rico. When will these nations be free from colonialism?
Tibet, Scotland and Puerto Rico are nations, but are non sovereign nations under different colonial-political relationships with China, UK and USA.
When do you think these nations (they are nations because they have their own common language, history, national identity, religion, traditions and culture) will be free from colonialism?
Also, the question explores if Colonialism is acceptable in the 21st century ?
If you agree Colonialism is acceptable then probably you would have accepted in the 19th century to ask slaves (holding a referendum or election) if they wanted to remain slaved with free food and shelter or to enjoy their freedom as normal human beings.

Puerto Rico is free to leave or join the union anythime they damn well please! They enjoy the free money wile not being taxed by the federal government!
As for the other countries they are not democracies so the question should be when will those countries embrace democracy - the worst form of government, exept all the others!
