Writting Pin
How would I go about finding out the price of a pin and ink drawing dated 1615, it is a city in germany?

This picture is done in the old fashion pin and ink writting and has writting above the buildings, it also has the name of city which is Aschaffenburg. Toward the top of the picture is a large A on the left hand side and on the right hand side is what appears to be a coat of arms with a kings crown on the top of it. Any help in finding out anything on this work of art would be very helpful to me. Thank you for your help and knowledge.

If you live in a metropolitan area I would check local auction houses and ask if they do free appraisals. If not maybe an art dealer in your area might be able to give you an idea, or at least some suggestions as to where to search. If you're in an area where this isn't available to you, take a digital photograph of the art work and send it to someone who provides these kind of services. They might be able to at least tell you just by the photograph whether it's worth pursuing a more thorough appraisal.
