How can you take a good quality picture on your computer with using a desktop keyboard?

I'm like supposed to take pictures of artifacts on my cpu for my project in school. I only have like 3 weeks to go, (which is not that short). Yea, my teacher is being gay because he said we can't just save the photos and print them out. He says it's better quality just to take pictures. And please no mentioning Hyper cam 2! I've heard that is pretty illegal. Please help!

The easiest way to take pictures, screen shots,
when you are on a page you want just hit the print screen button on your keyboard.
this dose not actually print the screen but it will save it to your clipboard.
all you have to do is open a new bitmap image in edit mode and paste / ctrl-v and the image will appear. you can save this anywhere you want.
